Tool boxes

All this stuff has to be put in tool boxes for security and to keep them out of the weather. The tool boxes will be located in various places about the trailer and tow vehicle. Location will depend on how often the tools in the box will be used and in what context.

Electrical box

This is a small fabric carrier. In it will be all the tools necessary to trouble shoot and repair 120VAC and 12VDC electrical systems.

Mechanics box

A larger sized box that will have the speciality mechanics tools for things like tune ups and brake jobs.

General mechanical

This box will have the mechanics tools used most often needed, socket sets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, in short everything needed for quick repairs and repairs on the road. It will be kept where it is easily grabbed.

Home repair box

This is my existing home repair business tool box. I will adjust it around a bit but it will still have the tools needed for home and RV repair. If I can find another it one will contain the general woodworking tools. I will have along the tools to build small wagons, toys, and to do rustic and bent willow furniture.

Stained glass and flint knapping

A small box that will have the tools necessary to repair stained glass and to do flint knapping. It is mostly knapping tools but I have to keep the stained glass tools available for my stained glass window installations.

Cruise box

The back of the pickup will also hold a couple of tool boxes. One is a large cruise box for large tools such as the air compressor.

Cross box

The other is a rather large cross box. It will hold things I need to get to most often. It is also used for grocery runs and as a place to keep things I do not want inside. Six milk cartons sit inside the box and it has a sliding tool tray.
Both boxes are securely locked to the pickup.
