Cordless tools

With the increase in battery capacity and reliability, cordless tools have been proliferating and coming down in cost. As part of my drive for simplicity and quality I have kept to two brands, Bosch and Porter Cable. The picture below is my current selection.

Cordless tools

From left to right, 24V reciprocating saw, 24V Circular saw, 14.4V drill motor, 19V router, 19V drill motor, 19V saber saw. That still leaves me with 2 chargers and 6 batteries to keep track of and keep charged. I have used the drill motors and circular saw on many jobs and the charger will keep ahead of me.

Battery capacity is a bit lacking for the cordless router but is is handy for short trim jobs. I would like a cordless planer but I suspect it will have the same capacity limitations.
