Most RVs use the same keys, the infamous C175 on external storage doors. With this key you can open most of the storage doors on most RVs and even drive away many golf carts. One thing I have done is to replace all the door locks with new. They are available from many home stores such as Home Depot for around $4 as cabinet and door locks. ![]() The biggest problem is searching though the rack to get enough locks with the same key number. Replacement is easy, remove the tab with a screwdriver and remove the 7/8 nut holding the lock in place. You may have to wiggle the lock to get it out but it will come out. Stick the other one in making sure it works in the right direction, put the tab back on and you have changed the lock. You may have to file the hole slightly to get the lock to fit.
I have a large storage compartment int eh rear of the trailer. It had only one lock and I wanted to store tools back there.
I just replaced the thumb latch with a lock and now both sides lock.
