Here I made a minor mistake. I decided to install an end vise. It should have been done before the top was put in place and the vise worked into the measurements. As it is, adding the vise became a minor hassle but it was placed.
The vise was a single screw vise from Lee Valley. Rather than go into the details, here is a picture.
The vise mounts under the top. You can see on the right the clearance holes needed because the vise was not designed in from the beginning. Also the apron extension was added.
